Human Resources Manager – Oxnard

A growing service oriented company in Oxnard needs an experienced, professional, hands-on Human Resources Manager to handle all aspects of HR for approximately 120 employees for Oxnard facility. This position will report to the Divisional Director of Human Resources, and will be responsible for the strategic, compliance and administrative HR activities including recruitment, benefits, performance and merit reviews and employee relations.

Requirements:

Preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related field, and 2-5 years of significant experience in human resources preferably in a health care setting. In addition, candidates must have:

Expertise in the human resource management field, including legal/regulatory compliance, current theories and practices.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage delicate situations with employees, management, executives, and others.
Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation and training skills.
Ability to think strategically, innovative and analytically to resolve complex issues in a timely fashion.
Skilled at mediation and negotiation, and ability to coach and advise directors and executives.
Exceptional organizational skills, pro activeness and commitment to be responsive.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ADP software and demonstrated ability to master new software quickly.
